Karen Wilde - The Pelvic Floor

In this workshop, senior Iyengar teacher and physiotherapist Karen Wilde explores the way in which our yoga practice can serve to build women's pelvic health.  

Karen is a recognised authority in this area and has taught both in Australia and internationally. 

Some experience of Iyengar Yoga is advantageous.
