LIVE in studio

 A safe and gentle practice designed to support you through pregnancy and into child birth.  No prior yoga experience in necessary.  Though you may bring your own mat and equipment all necessary equipment is supplied at the studio.
Out of a sense of caution during this delicate time, a yoga practice in not recommended between weeks 8 and 12 of pregnancy.
Students enrolling for this class should please list your due date and any health concerns in the information section of your student record.
